Unpopular opinion: new real estate agents will not get business from open houses. Established agents just tell you this so you can hold their open houses and they don’t have to. Unless you have had some exceptional (and rare) training and are hosting 4-6 open houses a week this is a terrible lead pillar for a new agent. #openhouses #newagents #realestateagent

My original goal this year was to get my DUPR to a 4.0 obviously that’s not going to happen. I’m just now playing in tournaments and leagues that are DUPR again. So my new goal is to get to a 3.5 let’s see how long it takes me.
