I've been working and living in Fort Lauderdale since 2005, and my journey in real estate has been marked by a series of leadership roles, including director, vice president, and president of a condo board. In 1998, I founded a mortgage company and maintained my real estate license, investing for myself and friends. By 2012, my focus shifted entirely to real estate. Currently, I lead the Melissa Carbonell Group, brokered by Real Broker, LLC, where we emphasize agent success, continuous improvement, and a strong team culture.   Volunteer Work   I have a heart for community service, demonstrated through my previous involvement with the Parkinson’s Alzheimer’s Foundation. I believe in giving back to the community and supporting causes that make a difference.   Personal Interests   I'm a mother to a wonderful 20-year-old daughter who studies at Florida State University. In my free time, I enjoy tennis, golf, cooking, and boating. You might often find me walking my beloved dogs - a white standard poodle, a Maltese, and a toy poodle.
